As co-founder and managing partner of The Senses Project, I am passionate about creating a service that truly helps young adults with autism reach independence and success. I have over five years of experience in leading and growing this innovative and impactful organization, along with my partner Dave, who shares my vision and values. My role involves continuously looking for new ways to improve, expand, and enhance the services we offer, such as coaching, mentoring, and workshop hosting. I also leverage my skills in project management, neurodiversity career support, and communication to build and lead a team of dedicated and compassionate professionals. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, bouldering, hiking, and paddleboarding.
