With over a decade of experience as a Registered Manager, alongside board-level experience within a multi-site adult and mental health care provider, I bring a proven track record of turning around failing and high-risk services. My work has focused on embedding robust governance systems and developing cultures centred on safety, accountability, and genuinely person-centred care. I have also held the role of Director of Governance and Policy, providing strategic oversight, assurance, and leadership across complex organisations.
